Orders are processed daily and in most cases ship out the day you order (on orders placed before 4PM Central), or the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details.

Currently, we ship to the United States + Canada only. We found that shipping with the UPS is the best deal for both you and us. We want you to get your stuff fast, but also want to save you money. If you can wait, choose our standard ground (the cheapest). Or, choose from our UPS expedited options to get it even faster. Once your order is received, payment processed, and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number (if applicable). Check the map below for estimated transit times. Even though we will be sad :(, you can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Once your order has shipped, it will be considered a return. If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, email us right away.

If you are not happy with your purchase(s), you may return them within 30 days from purchase date for a refund or store credit (you pay shipping). If the items are defective, return them and we will yell at the manufacturer. But seriously, e-mail us if there's a problem and we'll fix it right away :)
