- Most orders are shipped the day they are placed. If not, they'll go out the next business day...Standard Flat Rate shipping is $6 and is shipped via USPS. If you need your stuff faster, or you don't trust the government with your package, choose one of our many UPS options.

- We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected by us is used to get you your cool stuff and that's it. We use industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption throughout your checkout and payment process, so your personal information is safe. PayPal processes our credit cards, so if you trust PayPal, you can trust us. In fact, we don't even see your credit card info. It goes straight to them... We don't sell your info (That's just uncool).
We don't send you stuff you don't want (with the exception of the occasional free gift inside your package). If you sign up for our newsletter, we'll keep it to a minimum. We know you get a bunch of e-mail as it is... - Returns & Replacements

- Viewing Orders
- If you've created an account with us, simply log in to your account where you can view all your account activity. You can check on orders you've placed, shipments in progress, and you can save items for the future. If you don't have an account, now worries, you'll still receive an e-mail with all the order information you'll need. And, if you ever lose any of these e-mails, just send us an e-mail at info [at] sirtified.com and we'll be happy to send it again.
- Updating Account Information
- If you've created an account with us, simply log in to your account where you can view all the information on file. You can change addresses, phone numbers, names, and more. If you haven't created an account, but you want to make a change, send us an e-mail at info [at] sirtified.com and we'll hook you up.
